- Cell Phone Usage (was posted for over 30 days)
Cell phones are allowed in the clubhouse on vibrate or silent mode. Members must step outside the clubhouse for telephone calls or other cell phone usage that uses voice activation or noise such as videos, movies, games siri, etc. Those violating these policies will be instructed to turn off their cell phones or step outside the Club House for cell phone use. Club staff are responsible for enforcing these policies. These policies do not apply to Club management and designated staff. - Proposed ARC policy for refurbishing pools and spas (was posted for over 30 days)
Remodeling or Refurbishing Pools/Spas/Pool Cages/Lanai Flooring: Any changes made to existing pools, spas, pool cages, and lanai flooring require both Neighborhood ARC and Spring Run ARC approval. This includes refurbishing the lining of the pool and/or spa, retiling the edges of the pool, adding any exterior lighting, adding water features to the pool including fountains, infinity edges, and decorative statues and large pottery. All existing guidelines pertaining to pools and spas (Exhibit 5), exterior flooring, exterior lighting, size and extension of lanais and pool cages must be followed. Rock walls, large natural stone edging or placement of large stones are prohibited. Color lighting is prohibited in or around the pool. This policy should be #13 and titled as underlined above following “Pools” on Page 18 of the SR Design Guidelines. New Business Items requiring Board Action
