• Proposed Chelsea Points Procedure for Cart Path Only Days
  • Taken from the Golf Committee Minutes: "Due to extreme weather conditions, having to limit carts to cart path only has created significant revenue loss. It was recommended that if a person elects to play on the days when this is the situation, that they not be assigned a Chelsea Point. This would be for this season only, and only apply to the days when it is for the entire day. "
• Proposed Creation of a Dress Code for Bocce Ball, Rules and Regulations, Article XXII 22.b "Attire"
  • Members using the bocce courts adhere to the Spring Run published dress code.
  • During cooler weather, however, exceptions to the dress code attire include wearing warmer and more protective clothing such as jeans, sweatshirts, and jogging suits.
• Amendment to the Dress Code for Tennis, Article XVII, 18.12 Attire
  • Proper tennis attire must be worn while on the tennis courts. This attire includes collared shirts and non-collared micro-fiber shirts, sleeveless “made for tennis” shirts, and tennis shorts.
  • Ladies may wear ladies’ tennis-wear including collared shirts, sleeveless tennis shirts, tennis shorts, dresses, or skirts. Lightweight, active wear workout pants and attire are allowed during cooler weather conditions.
  •  Only non-marking tennis sneakers with smooth soles may be worn on the courts.
  • The following attire is prohibited on the tennis courts: (a) large knobbed tread sneakers such as running sneakers, black-soled shoes, and cross trainers; (b) cotton tee shirts, cut-off shorts, sports bras, leotards, running shorts, jeans and cut-offs; and (c) bare-chested play
• Proposed Adjustment to the Resale Fee Schedule

• Increase fee from $2,500 to $3,000 for a new purchase.
• Increase fee from $2,500 to $3,000 for an investment purchase (non-owner occupied).
• Decrease fee from $2,500 to $750 for an owner who sells their unit in Spring Run and immediately purchases a new property within the community.
