Description: For the fourth time, the World Travel Awards named Peru the World’s Leading Culinary Destination in 2015. Peru is well known for its archeological ruins, ancient cultures, varying landscapes and for having the most abundant selection of potatoes in the world. Peruvian cuisine reflects local practices and ingredients - including influences from the indigenous Inca and later European immigrants. Join Spring Run’s own, Michel Urbano, as he demonstrates how to prepare some authentic Peruvian recipes and get a taste of South America without ever leaving the States! Suggested donation of $15 per person.
