Initiatives Currently Active:
1. Parking—continue with process used last year with employees parking on Spring Run Blvd. and email blasts to members to walk, ride bike, or car pool to the club.
2. Walking Paths – not implementing.
3. and 4. Maintenance Building and Entrance Way – continue planning process but no implementation at this time.
Currently Inactive:
5. Community and Neighborhood Aesthetics – PAR suggestions to be considered by Board appointed sub-committee: fountains in neighborhood ponds, ARC update of colors, work with Landscape committee on perimeter fencing, brighten neighborhood landscaping with colorful annuals, add Spring Run signage at Imperial and Coconut, reduce visibility of neighborhood trash areas in condo areas, replace live oaks and shady ladies with other native trees in compliance with regulations, enhance and update appears of carports.

6. Club Hub - PAR suggestions to be considered by Board appointed sub-committee:
PA system (done); Casual/Outside Dining, Bar in the Clubhouse Pool Area, Renovating/Enhancing the Clubhouse Pool Area (new furniture-done), Dining Room Expansion, Multi-purpose Activities Building.
