Participants alternate grounded and suspended exercises paced and cued by the music. This is another exercise format allowing you to control your intensity for a specific duration. This is a great format for novice to advanced exercisers to give your muscles strength and length, good joint mobility and finding those muscles to increase balance. Zen & Zenergy combines toning and cardiovascular exercises with pilates and yoga movement for a motivating and rejuvenating workout. |
