you're ordering at the bar or taking orders behind the bar, it's important to
have a good working knowledge of cocktails. The right concoction can literally
make the party. If you don't know your martinis from your cosmopolitans, and
have no idea what a rocks glass is, don't worry. You will. Yes, there are
hundreds of classic cocktails, but few have true staying power. In the end
everyone will have their preferences, but no matter whether your go-to is gin,
tequila, or rye whiskey, there is a cocktail for you. $20 per participant -
cash only.
