Essential oils are natural compounds extracted from plants, fruits and trees that have therapeutic benefits. Which oils can "calm and relax" the body? What are the properties of oils that can encourage a positive and balanced mood? Learn how to make an inhaler or vial, room or linen spray, and use a diffuser. Participants will take home at least one inhaler, essential oil information cards, recipes for the products presented and instructions on how to make them. It is recommended (but not required) that participants have taken the "Introduction to Essential Oils" class before attending this session. Headcount is limited. $20 per participant – cash only.
