Description: This course will show participants how to make homemade pasta as well as prepare some well-known pasta dishes simply and easily. Learn such favorites as lasagna as well as pasta norma, pasta with peas and string beans, linguine with crab, pasta with shrimp and roasted veggies. One or two less known recipes will be presented as well. Suggested donation of $15 per person.
