H15 SAFE - Women’s Base Self-defense

Description: This is a special program just for the ladies - all ages, teenagers and up. There is a $5 fee for materials. There are also special forms to fill out, due to the nature of the program. Part of the class is spent going over personal safety and situational awareness, then we teach the ladies a series of moves, you can perform, if you ever feel threatened or are faced with a potential assault. This program is presented to a class – from 5-15 participants for a solo instructor. However, we can accommodate up to 25 participants, with two instructors. Participants must register ahead for this program - no walk-ins.
Purpose: Learn basic self-defense designed for women
