Aqua Tabata

Year-Round | Wednesdays | 9:30-10:30 am

Aqua Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Most exercises in this session will use your large muscle groups and are geared for the shallow portion of the pool. Some exercises will be suspended but can be performed in the shallow section. Participants will move between equipment mid-way through the class to offer a different resistance and buoyancy suspension option. All are invited to join us for this HIIT format of exercise. HIIT has more impact on both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. Class benefits include muscle strength and/or cardio endurance. All levels can enjoy Tabata and push your muscles to their maximum. You control your intensity and pace. Enjoy this dynamic workout and stay cool in the pool.
