N5: "Restful Night" with Essential Oils
Essential oils are natural compounds extracted from plants, fruits and trees that have therapeutic benefits. Some essential oils promote relaxation, calm a worried mind, and ease muscle tension. The class will cover essential oils that promote rest. We will explore sleep and a few reasons for struggle. Participants will make at least one product in class. how to make inhalers, sprays & bath salts and how to use a diffuser. Participants will make and take home at least one product, essential oil information cards, recipes presented in class and instructions on how to make them. Headcount is limited. $20 per participant - cash only.
